- As long as the style(s) are unworn and ready for resale, we will offer you an exchange in store for another style or a gift card.
If you cannot go into a store due to location, you can also return Afterpay items online.
To return your item for a refund with Afterpay online:

I THINK MY SHOES HAVE A FAULT. DO THEY COME WITH A GUARANTEE?
Our number one priority is keeping our customers happy! That is why we do not place a timeframe on your shoes, we leave that up to you. If you believe your shoes haven’t stood the test of time in YOUR opinion, our friendly teams in any of our 220+ stores will be able to assess your shoes for faults that may have led to your shoes not wearing as well as they should have. Take them into any store, with or without your receipt and you can be guaranteed that you will be taken care of with our legendary friendly service team!
In some circumstances, it may be necessary for the shoes to be returned to our support centre to be examined, and if the shoes are correctly identified as faulty the customer will be reimbursed any postage fees that may have applied to return the shoes. A receipt for the postage cost must be enclosed, and no refunds will be issued for postage without a receipt.
WHAT COUNTS AS A FAULT?
A fault may include missing or loose buckles/straps, a broken heel, or some other manufacturing mistake. Please keep in mind that shoes with signs of wear and tear may not qualify as faulty.
CAN EARRINGS BE REFUNDED/EXCHANGED?
In the interest of hygiene and keeping products sanitary, we do not allow earrings to be exchanged or returned after purchase. However, we would be happy to refund earrings with a fault. You can get a refund at your local Trainer X package or mail your purchase back to the online store at your own cost. If your earrings are deemed faulty, we will reimburse your postage fee if you enclose a receipt.

- We send items through (UPS). Shipping worldwide takes approximately less than one week (except all South America, Mexico, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, APO/FPO, PO Box as we send our goods to these countries by priority registered post mail and therefore shipping to these countries takes about 2-7 weeks)
- Shipping cost to all the countries is 6 EUR.
- We kindly ask you to write your correct address and telephone number, so that a courier could contact you and deliver your ordered item to your address.

We do not warranty if:
* Item defect was cause by unintentional or intentional damage
* Item was used not for its intended purposes (playing outdoor with indoor shoes)
* Item was worn out naturally. (Usually basketball shoes are worn out by 3 months of use)

My item does not fit, can I change the size?
Yes, we accept returns. Returns are allowed within 14 days after item is received. Shipping back to us is buyers responsibility. Refund can be done only after package is received and please ship it with registered mail that you could see when package is delivered to us. Item has to be not worn in original package and double boxed. Please leave a note in the package with your order number and your bank account number where the money has to be refunded.
